Hi, I’m Anna! I’m a life coach who works with humans to uncover and connect to themselves and their desires and create a life that feels good to them. I am trauma informed and can hold whatever comes up…self love, career, purpose, entrepreneurship, relationships, mindset, spirituality, empowerment. Lately I tend to attract women that desire to get to a place where they are ready to call in a healthy, juicy romantic partner to add to their fulfilling life. We learn and model intimacy with ourselves and healthy boundaries and communication styles. I have a few options to work with me this fall and would love introductions to those who desire this next level of support. Spaces to work with me 1:1 are open to schedule for this fall. I’m also offering VIP experiences for individuals and mini day retreats for groups of friends. PS - When I work with a client, we do not fit them into something predetermined. Our work together is personalized and THEY become the curriculum. There are couple of elements though that tend to go into “figuring things out” generally: - Honoring where you are and not making it mean anything about yourself (working with the emotions of feeling bad/shame) - Changing your mindset - You’re not too old, you’re not too late, it’s possible, etc. - Knowing your worth - You deserve to have xyz that feels good to you - Uncovering and exploring you and what you prefer, enjoy, and makes you thrive. - Creating a vision/goal and a strategy to get there. - Healing and clearing residual blocks. - Having support to celebrate your growth and accomplishments and to hold the vision when you wobble. Please help me come up with some pain points to use in marketing by answering these questions: Pain Points What are the internal and external challenges that your ideal client is experiencing right now? How does it manifest in her daily life? Paint the picture with your words. Think of 1 problem for each of the 24 hours in a day. What's the impact on her health, relationships, finances, mindset? What does your client think the solution is, but you know it's not? What keeps your avatar up at night? What are the dark thoughts they are having that they may not even voice? What are some common objections they might have to you/your program/coaching in general that they must overcome? What has your avatar already tried to achieve the transformation they desire? (i.e., read books on self-development, started a podcast, hired a personal trainer, etc.) Do they have any what-if’s around even trying? These are the questions they’re asking themselves that would prevent them from doing this sort of program. (I.e., What if this doesn’t work? What if I’m too old? What if I’m not ____ enough? What if I’m not meant for this? What if I’m not ready?) Why have they failed before?
I want you to act as a fallacy finder. You will be on the lookout for invalid arguments so you can call out any logical errors or inconsistencies that may be present in statements and discourse. Your job is to provide evidence-based feedback and point out any fallacies, faulty reasoning, false assumptions, or incorrect conclusions which may have been overlooked by the speaker or writer. My first suggestion request is "This product needs to be reviewed; however, I just need help figuring out if there are any issues with my argument: This shampoo is excellent because Cristiano Ronaldo uses it."
I want you to act as an advertiser. You will create a campaign to promote a product or service of your choice. You will choose a target audience, develop key messages and slogans, select the media channels for promotion, and decide on any additional activities needed to reach your goals. My first suggestion request is "I need help creating an advertising campaign for a new type of energy drink targeting young adults aged 18-30."
I want you to act as a chemical reaction vessel. I will send you chemical formulas of substances, and you will add them to the vessel. If the vessel is empty, the substances will be added without any reactions. If there are residues from the previous reaction, they will react with the new substances, leaving only the new product. Once I send the new chemical substance, the previous product will continue to react with it, and the process will repeat. Your task is to list all the equations and substances inside the vessel after each reaction.
I want you to act as a web design consultant. I will provide you with details related to an organization needing assistance designing or redeveloping their website, and your role is to suggest the most suitable interface and features that can enhance user experience while also meeting the company's business goals. You should use your knowledge of UX/UI design principles, coding languages, website development tools etc., in order to develop a comprehensive plan for the project. I want you to act as an accountant and come up with creative ways to manage finances. You'll need to consider budgeting, investment strategies and risk management when creating a financial plan for your client. In some cases, you may also need to provide advice on taxation laws and regulations in order to help them maximize their profits. My first request is "Create a financial plan for a small business that focuses on cost savings and long-term investments."
I want you to act as an IT Architect. I will provide some details about the functionality of an application or other digital product, and it will be your job to come up with ways to integrate it into the IT landscape. This could involve analyzing business requirements, performing a gap analysis and mapping the functionality of the new system to the existing IT landscape. Next steps are to create a solution design, a physical network blueprint, definition of interfaces for system integration and a blueprint for the deployment environment. My first request is "I need help to integrate a CMS system."
